Go on ask us a question ...

We're just kids - we welcomed our first guests in March 2016 - so we have some catching up to do, but we will get there.

We are new and we need to build up a good reputation and good reviews. We believe we have great tours - so while we are building our reputation we are offering amazing deals to help travellers choose us, we don't compromise on quality in any way. Read our tripadvisor reviews to see what others have said about us.

Simple, it’s the most exciting way to see the real Saigon and interact with locals. Its loads of fun and such a unique way to experience the city and it’s people

Absolutely

Absolutely, I know Vietnam roads look hectic but our Buddies are experienced riders and take the upmost care of our guests. It’s a piece of cake on the bike.

Most of our Buddies are studying at university, mostly English, they work with us because they love their city and get to use their language skills sharing it with our guests. And we make sure we pay them well – they shouldn’t have to work for free (some tours offer this) to indulge their passion for meeting people. They genuinely love working with Buddy Tours.

Here at Buddy Tours we pay our Buddies a very good rate of pay, it’s part of our philosophy. Tipping is entirely up to you.

You can pay with either. We display both prices on the tours page and update every week to keep up with currency fluctuations. Now you can also pay with PayPal

Absolutely, all our guests on our tours are fully insured. Details of our insurance can be found here.

Kids love buddy tours and our Buddies love kids, they will have a great time. Kids under 7 can ride safely with a parent. Kids over 8 will need to ride on their own. We do ask that kids be able to sit unaided with a parent - so no babies please.

All our bikes are modern scooters, all are fully serviced on a regular basis

Absolutely not - I think we have all been on a tour where we have miraculously ended up in some a shop being pressured to buy stuff. That will never happen on a Buddy Tour

Just your Camera and sunscreen! Buddy Tours provides, helmets, raingear (just in case) and plenty of refreshments. We don’t spend a huge amount of time walking (who’d want to in this heat!!) so any footwear is fine

No, the maintenance on those things will just put price of the tour up. We prefer to concentrate on great guides, great itineraries and great times with a buddy who can actually speak English.
